Achieve the Perfect Fit in just a few Easy Steps
To get the right fit for any of our helmets, body armor, or apparel you'll need just one to a few quick measurements. If you don't have a cloth measuring tape, you can use our Printable Measuring Tape or simply use a length of string and compare it to a ruler or regular tape measure.
Once you have your measurements, go to the "Size Chart" on the product you're interested in and compare your figures to the values on the size chart to find your best fit.
Head |

With tape level, measure the widest point of your head, approximately one inch (2.5 cm) above your eyebrows. |

Chest and Waist |
|
Waist: Position the tape measure horizontally at this spot at the top of your hip bone. Generally, this spot will be at around the same level as your bellybutton. Then circle it around your abdomen and entire torso. Make sure that the tape lies horizontal on all sides of your torso. |

Elbow and Knee |
|
Elbow: Length of elbow guard is from center of elbow down towards wrist. |
